Cylindrical screen printing
The photo shows the machine for manual screen printing on objects with cylindrical and cone shape like various types of glass and plastic bottles, cups, jars and similar products.
The machine consists of a housing which is mounted with static raquel, conveyor rollers on which is placed subject to print and a screen which is manually moved during the printing.
The housing is made of plywood, the raquel has a wooden handle and a rubber pad, while moving rollers are made of plastic which is coated with rubber.
Tampon print machine
The picture gives a schematic representation of automatic tampon print machine.
My idea is the machine to be made with a metal casing and to use a cliche with dimensions 100 x 100 mm
On this machine you can print: pens, lighters, calendars, keyboards and other products regardless of the type of material they are made off, nor of their height.
Multicolour screen printing machine
The picture gives a three-dimensional display of a screen printing hand machine with maximum size of 500 x 500 mm. The machine allows printing of all kinds of printing materials, but it is recommended their surface to be smooth. It allows easy mounting on entering table and register's setup for each color. Designed to print on t-shirts in several colors.
